Group Programmes

We offer a wide selection of empowering group programmes focused on different aspects of physical and mental wellbeing, designed to generate lasting lifestyle changes. Taking place over a bespoke timeframe, usually 4 weeks, these programmes centre around goal-focused plans that allow for individual tailoring. Weekly group check-ins provide ongoing support and feedback, and takeaway materials are provided throughout. The check-ins are highly interactive, each with a key knowledge component, a Q&A, and a breakdown of the next steps.

Options for delivery​
  • Group programmes are delivered virtually, with an option for the first session to be in-house

  • Check-ins are at least 30 mins with a group Q&A

  • Group programmes are generally 4 weeks depending of the goal
